Vienna is a world class city with world class prices, but it doesn’t have to be expensive. We’ll share fun ideas on how you can visit Vienna without breaking the bank.
That summary describes the theme of this podcast, but what I write below brings in more than a fun adventure in a city that we absolutely enjoy.
I start the remaining podcast description with a confession. After-all we are in the midst of the Lenten season, so a confession is in vogue. My confession therefore, goes like this: why do I, one who has had no, zip, none, not a bit of education in the German language, think in the slightest way that I, sometimes, correction, anytime believe that I can speak a little German and worse yet, Austrian German?
The very answer to the question confounds me, not really, I am being facetious, again. I do know the answer to that very question but I become butt-end of the joke, which provides Laura much amusement. I am being facetious, or maybe I’ve crossed over to sarcastic. Listen in an you decide.
In addition, we share a great restaurant stop as well as some history of the food in Vienna.
You’ll get a great tip on a wonderful gem of a hotel, Palais Hansen Kempinski.
Those stories and more are on this version of Stories Faces Places.
